Warren County Abstract
As we all navigate Coronavirus (COVID-19), Midwest Community Title Iowa and Warren County Abstract is dedicated to continuing to provide high quality customer service.
To keep our clients, community, employees, and families safe, we are following the Iowa Department of Public Health and CDC guidance for our business operations.
What this means for you
Your daily interactions with MWCT/WCA should change very little. To help slow the spread, we have closed our office to the public, canceled/postponed non-essential travel, canceled conference attendance, and have some staff working remotely.
Our business continuity team is communicating daily to review processes, workflows, and technology to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional client service and adhere to all security and data policy best practices.
Abstract Pick Ups and Deliveries
At this time, our courier service is still currently running and will continue to pick up abstracts. We will also UPS abstracts to our clients.
The office is closed to the public. If you need to drop off or pick up an abstract we have pick up and drop off boxes in the front entrance of the office.
Final continuations will be emailed to the attorney. The work will be placed in the abstract and the abstract will be placed in storage. We will not deliver the physical abstract unless specifically requested by the attorney.
We are taking these actions to protect everyone and to slow the spread of the virus. Thank you for your cooperation during this unprecedented time.
