About MCT Iowa

Midwest Community Title Iowa LLC was formed in September of 2019 as the newest location for Community Title LLC and provides certified abstracting and title work in all 99 Iowa counties. Our name is new, but our staff has years of experience in the title business and is lead by waived Attorney’s Dean Hoag and Brenden Hoag.

Our goal is to provide accurate title products with fast turn around times. All of our Abstracting, Title Searches and Reports are a flat fee rate which makes it easy for Realtors, Lenders and Closing agents to estimate closing proceeds with no suprises. Our staff can handle all Residential, Commercial and Agricultural Real Estate Title needs including:

• Current Owner Abstracting
• New or Recreation of Lost Abstracts
• Form 900/901 Title Guaranty search
• Written Lien Search, Report of Liens, Owner & Encumbrance reports
• Bankruptcy and Foreclosure title searches

We have specialized staff to handle Renewable energy projects including Wind Turbine and Wind Farms Title reports.
