As the COVID-19 global health crisis continues unfolding across the nation, Professional Title Company is committed to safeguarding the health of our employees, clients and communities. As such, we have taken actions to ensure our ability to maintain essential operations and continue providing convenient and accessible services to our clients.
On March 16, we made the decision to implement our business continuity plans. Our office is accepting and processing title orders and we are scheduling closings by appointment only; however, for the health and safety of our customers and employees some modification to closings have been made which include personal space and distancing. We have staff working remotely until this crisis subsides. All have secure, remote access to our systems consistent with our longstanding data privacy and security policies and nothing about the way you traditionally reach us has changed. These are challenging times and we all face issues and interruptions that no one would have anticipated as little as just a few weeks ago.
